Overview

This idyllic 10-room hideaway is a charming combination of safari lodge, tented camp and boutique hotel, constructed and furnished in a contemporary European style. Each tent is built on the edge of the cliff, its private veranda offering striking 180-degree views across the lake. However, with careful planning this is still an excellent time to visit: the landscape is lush and bright and there is hardly anyone else around. It's an especially good time for photographers to visit thanks to the vivid colours, dramatic skies and excellent air clarity.

The birdlife is brilliant with many migrant species present.

Location

The Cliff is located in Nakuru National Park in Kenya’s Rift Valley. The lodge is a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Nairobi (traffic dependent).
