Nine luxury safari tents set within the Mombo Concession, known as the 'land of plenty' due to its dense, year-round concentrations of wildlife.
The Mombo Concession is on the northern tip of Chief’s Island within the Okavango Delta’s prized Moremi Game Reserve. Shaded by a canopy of trees, the camp's nine luxury tents – including one family tent – are raised off the ground to maximise the views of the floodplains, which teem with wildlife at all times of the year. The beautifully furnished tents feature a separate bedroom and sitting room, spacious bathrooms with deep-soaking copper bathtubs, indoor and outdoor showers, and wraparound decks with day beds and private plunge pools. The main areas are linked to the tents by a series of walkways, beneath which animals wander freely wander. Delicious meals are served in the dining room along with a fine selection of wines, or in the traditional boma under the stars. Between exhilarating game drives, indulge in a relaxing massage or enjoy a scenic helicopter flight.
